Indian Pilot School was founded by three active airline commanders who saw one thing missing in UP's aviation landscape — honest, experienced mentorship from people who actually fly.
To be UP's most trusted aviation mentorship centre — where every aspiring pilot receives honest, practical guidance grounded in real airline operations, not just textbooks. We believe the cockpit should be accessible to every serious aspirant from Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi and beyond.
To close the gap between raw potential and airline readiness for students across Uttar Pradesh. We aspire to see our students not just pass exams — but walk into airline selections with the confidence and competence that only real mentorship creates.
Most serious aviation coaching is concentrated in Delhi. Students from UP travel hundreds of kilometres for the same guidance we now offer at Ratan Square. We are here to change that — permanently.
Small batches. Simulator-based learning. Honest counselling. We do not make promises we cannot keep. We tell every student exactly what their path looks like — including the hard parts — and then we walk it with them.
Capt. Rahul Khariwal brings the rare credential of a Type Rating Instructor (TRI) on the ATR 72 — meaning he is not just qualified to fly the aircraft but certified to train other pilots on it. With extensive regional carrier experience, he understands both the technical depth and the human side of building competent pilots. His counselling sessions are known for their honesty — he tells students exactly what the path ahead looks like, including the difficult parts.
Capt. Dheeraj Grover is an active Airbus A320 Commander whose teaching philosophy centres on one principle: understand the aircraft, don't just memorise it. His A320 simulator sessions and ground training are built around how airlines actually assess pilots — technically rigorous, operationally realistic, and delivered with the clarity that only someone currently flying the line can provide. He leads the A320 sim-based training programme at IPS.
Capt. Utkarsh Garg is an active A320 Commander who specialises in the critical final stage of a pilot's journey — getting from CPL to the airline cockpit. He leads the airline readiness and interview preparation programme at IPS, drawing directly from what he has observed in actual selection processes. His sessions on psychometry, CASS/COMPASS, simulator assessments and technical interviews are modelled on real airline selection formats.
We do not sell dreams. We give every student a clear, honest picture of their path — including costs, timelines, challenges and what airlines actually look for.
Every lesson is informed by what our commanders have seen in real airline operations — not just what DGCA syllabi require. This is the difference that changes careers.
We are committed to building UP's aviation talent pipeline. Students from Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi and across the state deserve world-class mentorship at home.
We deliberately keep batches small so that every student receives real attention, real feedback and a genuine relationship with their mentor.
We believe pilots learn best when they can feel what they are being taught. Sim sessions are not add-ons — they are core to how we teach at IPS.
Our relationship with students does not end at enrolment or even graduation. We support our pilots through type rating choices, job applications and beyond.
